“Change” is today the most important constant in the real-life operations of every organisation. Without communication, change cannot take place. Companies merge, departments are restructured, hierarchies are created and dismantled – and the organisation’s employees and often its stakeholders all too easily lose their orientation.
Our activities in the field of Consulting go way beyond classical internal communication. We support managers responsible for bringing about change with strategic consulting and tools both from the perspective of organisational development and in the moderation and shaping of difficult internal processes. We also assist with the development of corporate brands from the inside outwards, right through to a new corporate design complete with logo and claim development.
